Where do I find my driver at Logan Airport?
Terminal A:
Go to the baggage level and go out the first door you see. Walk across to the parking area. Our driver will call you when you arrive in case you need assistance. Additionally, he will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Terminal B:
Go to the baggage level, walk across to Central Parking. Follow the posted signs. Our driver will call you when you arrive in case you need assistance. Additionally, he will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Terminal C:
First, go downstairs and pick up your baggage. Then, come back upstairs, and walk out the front door. Our driver will call you when you arrive in case you need assistance. Additionally, he will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Terminal E:
Go to the baggage level, and go out the first door. Walk across to the parking area. Our driver will call you when you arrive in case you need assistance. Additionally, he will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Where do I find my driver at South Station?
Getting picked up at South Station can be a hectic experience due to the traffic congestion of Atlantic Ave, Summer Street and other surrounding streets. Luckily, the drivers at Dependable Limo have an in-depth understanding of Atlantic Ave’s traffic flow, as well as traffic times. When you arrive back at South Station, your driver will be waiting for you on Summer Street, perpendicular to Atlantic Ave, pulled over in the designated pickup location to the right of South Station’s main entrance. It’s easiest for passengers to leave through the Summer Street tunnel, simply because it is a more direct route to where your driver will be waiting. Your driver will be outside of their vehicle, with a whiteboard with your name on it, making it as easy as possible to locate your ride home!

What is the price?
The price varies depending on the area, destination, and time. You can get a quote through our online reservation system here.
What are my payment options?
We have a few different methods of payment. Our options are:
- Pay the driver with cash or check
- Receive a bill at the end of the month (Massachusetts Addresses Only)
- Pay with credit card
What additional fees are there?
Additional fees may apply to your ride. Some of them include:
- $10 fee for flights between 11:30 PM and 12:59 AM or between 4:00 AM and 4:59 AM.
- $20 fee for rides between 1:00 AM and 3:59 AM
- $10 fee for each extra stop
- $10 fee if your trip requires our Mini-Van (5-6 passengers)
Do we tip the driver?
Yes, tip is not included in the cost of the ride. Tips can be paid in cash directly to your driver or added to your bill.

What time do I need to be picked up?
For domestic flights we typically recommend a pick-up time of 2 hours before the departure. For international flights we recommend a pick-up time of 2.5 hours before the departure. If the ride is during rush hour we typically move up the pick-up time by 30 minutes. In the end, it is completely up to you! We will allow as much time as you need.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It is best to make reservations by the day before your ride. We can typically accommodate rides booked on shorter notice, but if you book at least a day in advance we can guarantee we are available!
