Logan Airport also supports the TSA PreCheck® designation for passengers. PreCheck® is a validation process that allows a passenger to be expedited through the security screening process. It takes about 3-4 months to complete. You can find more information on the PreCheck® website.

Logan Airport Shuttle

Logan offers an on-airport shuttle every 5-6 minutes with stops throughout the airport, the Blue Line Airport station, and different parking garages. This shuttle is free of charge and available to all customers of the airport.

Pick Up and Drop Off

Logan has a Central Parking Garage that is accessible to the main buildings by covered walkways. A table of parking rates is available on the Logan website. Here’s where to find your driver at Logan Airport.

Cell Phone Lot

Logan has a unique lot located at 10 Service Rd, East Boston, MA that is ideal for picking up passengers from the airport. It is located 5 minutes from the arrival terminals and parking is free. You can find all rules on the Cell Phone Lot webpage.

Keep in mind that many taxis and Ubers will charge a fee for drop off and pick up at the airport. If possible, arrange for a car service or a ride to get to your flight. Parking at the curb of your terminal is not allowed. If necessary, have your ride go to the cell phone lot to wait for you.
